Alpine cheese |

Nava alpine pasture (Ayer) |
|
In Anniviers cows are fighters, but they also give sufficient quantities of milk to produce the refined tasting cheese from the pastureland. This cheese is obviously used for raclette, but can also be eaten as it is with a glass of white wine.
Don’t miss the opportunity to taste this alpine cheese … and to make it even nicer, try it with a glass of white wine such as ‘Fendant’ or ‘Johannisberg’! |

The Glacier wine |
|
Either you love or hate this famous glacier wine. At first glance, by its colour, from the first taste you will love it or you wil not. This glacier wine must be absolutely tasted. But please finish your glass before judging! Do not forget that as it becomes older as it becomes better.- just like men, except that men are seldom over 100 years as this wine is! |
